We are located in Aloha, OR  and provide our clients with advice on how to make their home more functional and livable to meet their needs.  At an initial meeting to discuss the clients needs, we bring a laptop computer with CAD design software to show possible designs for their ideas that are shown in both 2d and 3d versions.  After confirming the clients desires, we provide an estimate based on preliminary drawings for their review.  This way we are pricing the concept based on a mutual understanding of the project.  The drawing process also allows us to provide input on how to make the project functional based on our experience with past clients and your needs whether it is to provide additional space for children or providing living space for parents.  We have numerous clients who are very pleased with this approach and provide a list of references after our initial meeting.  We serve the Portland Metro area including Beaverton, Tigard, West Linn, Tualatin, Lake Oswego, Hillsboro, Forest Grove, North Plains and other surrounding communities.
